Since 2003, we have become known in the community as a company with the highest standards of work and an undisputed reputation for customer service. We believe in doing business “old school.”

We are growing at an impressive rate. We need experienced salespeople to follow up on the daily leads we are receiving from homeowners. The individuals we choose must be excellent communicators and are willing to learn and grow with a proven sales system.

As a salesperson for Opal, you will be offering premium products to sell and cross-sell. Products that homeowners recognize and respect.

Our target market is the high disposable income homeowner who wants the best. In other words, you will not be just another salesperson selling home remodeling – you will be selling premium products and services to an upscale market.

Your job is to meet with the homeowners, evaluate their needs, recommend solutions, and provide the homeowners with options to meet their budget. We demand that our customers receive the highest level of service, integrity, and value.

About Your Manager

You will be working with the Sales Manager, a “win-win” individual with over 20 years of experience in selling services and managing sales teams. He is not a micromanager – he expects you to work independently but is always available to answer questions or help you close the sale.

Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm appointment time slots

Saturday appointments

Requirements

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

· Computer skills – MS Office, database management, G-Suite, etc.

· Verifiable references.

· Able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Compensation

100k+ first year earnings commision plus bonuses OTE
