Private Prosthodontic Practice | Full-Time; Monday-Thursday (~35 hours/week)
Fischer Dental – Fort Worth, TX - Cultural District

The Role: Front Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and patient-centered individual to join our specialty, privately-owned prosthodontic practice.

Dental experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We care more about mindset, communication, and integrity than a perfect résumé.

What You’ll Do

Maintain a professional, patient-first attitude at all times
Communicate with patients via text, email, and phone to schedule appointments
Greet, check-in, and check-out patients with confidence and warmth
Run daily and monthly reports using Dentrix dental software
Enter and manage insurance benefits in Dentrix
Bill patients accurately for completed treatments
Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles
Create and submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Support peripheral administrative duties as needed that supports the practice and team

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (minimum required)
Experience in dental front office, insurance, scheduling, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Positive, accountable, growth-oriented mindset
