Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across diverse teams and departments. In this pivotal role, you will manage assigned accounts through on-site efforts as well as off-site support. Assist in the quoting process by doing site visits and pre-bid walks with the business development group to ensure assigned projects are managed and equipped properly to bid, mob and executeThis position offers an exciting opportunity to shape program development, implement process improvements, and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and sites directly or indirectly with continuous review and engagement of onsite activities to ensure proper execution including safe, efficient and profitable
Delegate assignments to direct reports and follow up on completion of assigned tasks
Ensure personnel have the required skillsets to complete assigned takes
Ensure safety program requirements are maintained to meet or exceed customer requirements
Analyze project and customer costs to ensure profitability
Engage customers in the daily review process of assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Pursue and assist in pursuit of increased market share within major accounts including new and existing accounts, with focus on customer retention and growth
Analyze and report on competitor’s activity within the Industrial Services group
Supervise staff to ensure proper time management skills
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers in field
Monitor cost and schedule fluctuations, and make appropriate revisions to cost estimates.
Assist with planning, staffing, scheduling
Develop and plan procedures and programs to meet the specific needs of the company and clients
Mentor as needed
Administration of mentorship program with direct reports. Provide feedback to Director of I/S.
Evaluation reports and disciplinary reports as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 5-7 years
Clean driving record and insurable in accordance with Company’s current auto insurance carrier
Drug Free
