What You’ll Do

The Facilitator engages with members to assess talent development needs and recommend solutions, designing and delivering customized training, existing courses, and development programs across all delivery modes. This role includes developing curriculum and materials, facilitating sessions, supporting organizational development initiatives, support the management of the Learning Management System, handling contracts and invoicing, and actively contributing to revenue and performance goals through consultative engagement.

Partner with member company leaders to assess needs and design training programs, workshops, and courses that achieve development goals.
Apply adult learning theory and instructional design principles to create and deliver engaging, research-backed training for leaders, supervisors, and employees.
Continuously update and enhance core training content to reflect current trends, workplace skills, and best practices.
Develop professional training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning resources, and multimedia content to support learning.
Deliver courses in-person, virtually, and through hybrid formats, tailoring content and delivery to audience needs.
Manage contracts, agreements, invoices, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years developing soft skills curriculum for leaders and employees, with expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Skilled in creating engaging, multimedia-rich training for both virtual and in-person delivery.
Strong facilitation, project management, and organizational abilities, able to lead complex learning initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems using critical thinking and sound judgment.
Hands-on supervisory experience is required to ensure effective facilitation, though this is not a supervisory role.
Experience in organizational development, analyzing challenges, and independently developing and executing solutions.
Knowledge of Human Resources operations and employment law is beneficial.
Experience with business operations is a plus.

Position is primarily in-office and hybrid.

Location: Candidates must be located in Honolulu, Hawaii, or willing to relocate at their own expense. The position includes regular in-office responsibilities and requires the ability to work onsite as needed.
