We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. At Cheddar's, we take takes pride in delivering homemade food in a feel at home atmosphere for a WOW! price. We are looking for a manager that loves the fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get a little flour on their hands. If you have a knack for creating WOW! experiences for guests, motivating Teams, and driving business results, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW! experience.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences.
Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
