Compass Dental Services is seeking full-time management staff!

Office managers work closely with our doctors and team members to bring organization, consistency, and guidance. From helping to ensure a positive patient experience, to helping coordinate and encourage staff success, we understand the important role a manager plays in daily operations. Work with a highly trained staff while receiving support from experienced professionals in management, human resources, and marketing. At Compass we want to contribute to your success by covering continued education and providing opportunities for growth.

Skills / Requirements

5 Years+ dental practice office management experience
Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, collections, and Medicare
Motivated Team leader with strong communication skills
Computer proficiency
Experience with Dentrix/Orthotrac a plus but not required
Beneficial Certifications (NOT REQUIRED)
- EFDA
- Coronal Polish
- X-ray
- CPR
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
