Box Truck Delivery Driver (1099 Contractor – Overnight Routes)

Cornerstone Logistics LLC

Location: Olathe, KS
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Nights (8–10 hours per shift)
Start Time: Based on assigned route (multiple routes available)
IMPORTANT: Overnight routes only – NO day routes available
Pay: Starting at $200 per day, depending on route assignment
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Summary

Cornerstone Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position is responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering automotive and agricultural parts safely and efficiently.

We pride ourselves on accuracy and customer satisfaction, requiring drivers to review every order before and after delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, reliable team player who can operate independently while maintaining high performance standards.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver automotive and agricultural parts on an assigned route
Run a consistent nightly route (10–12 stops per night)
Scan all packages at delivery to ensure 100% accountability (PLS compliance)
Follow all customer-specific delivery instructions and presentation standards
Review all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
Adhere to assigned routes and strict delivery schedules
Complete delivery reports and required documentation
Maintain proper freight handling and load securement standards

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and medical card
Minimum 3 years of 26ft box truck driving experience
(Food delivery, rideshare, or personal vehicle experience does NOT qualify)
Working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 5 years
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely
Must pass a background check and drug screen
