Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Development Manager to spearhead our business growth initiatives and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

Manage and nurture customer relationships by providing tailored solutions, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions and promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Utilize Salesforce and other sales management systems proficiently to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and analyze sales performance metrics.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and market trends to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices in sales negotiation, account management, and technology sales techniques.

Experience

Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within a corporate or enterprise selling environment involving complex software or technology solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and managing large customer accounts with a focus on long-term relationship building.
Strong background in business development strategies that drive revenue growth through proactive outreach such as warm calling and targeted marketing efforts.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance trends.
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead negotiations confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment that demands analysis skills, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
