Full Job Description

Farm Laborer – Field Maintenance & Weed Control

Join Our Growing Farm Team!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our farm crew. This position primarily focuses on hand weeding and maintaining our crop fields to ensure healthy plant growth. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

No previous farm experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities

Hand weed around crop plants and throughout production fields.
Maintain clean and healthy planting beds.
Assist with planting, mulching, harvesting, and other farm tasks as needed.
Use hand tools and small equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow daily work instructions from supervisors and crew leads.
Work independently when assigned tasks while also contributing as part of a team.
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform other general farm labor duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must be dependable and punctual.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including full sun, heat, humidity, mud, and rain.
Must be able to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift.
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be able to follow instructions and work safely.
Must be self-motivated and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
Must work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous farm, landscaping, nursery, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required.
We value reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn over previous experience.
