Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mid-Level Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This position is ideally suited for a candidate with 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and contribute meaningfully to our brand's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize campaigns and engage target audiences through platforms including social media, search engines, and e-commerce channels. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving performance marketing initiatives and enhancing our online presence.

Compensation

Salary Range: $60,000 – $68,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the mid-level nature of this role. Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated expertise in digital marketing disciplines outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Google AdWords strategies.
Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including social media management and advertising campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and analytics-driven decision-making.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels, including copywriting and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage content management systems to update and maintain website content regularly.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
Assist in e-commerce marketing efforts to increase online sales through targeted advertising and content strategies.
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, and emerging technologies including JavaScript and SQL for data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM techniques, and keyword research methods.
Experience with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website optimization and data analysis purposes.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), content creation, graphic design, copywriting, and content management systems such as WordPress.
Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation tools to effectively nurture leads.
Demonstrated ability in conversion optimization techniques to maximize campaign ROI.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for various audiences.
Experience in B2B marketing environments is a plus; familiarity with performance marketing metrics is highly desirable.
