Full Job Description

CNC Machinist / CNC Operator- Direct hire

Kenosha, WI

Up to $32/hour | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

We're partnering with a growing precision manufacturer in the Kenosha area that is adding experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Operators to its team. Whether your background is in mills, lathes, or both, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

Operate and/or set up CNC mills and lathes
Perform offsets, tool changes, and insert changes
Read and interpret blueprints
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
Maintain quality and production standards
Work safely in a clean manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both)
Experience with Fanuc controls preferred
Blueprint reading skills
Familiarity with GD&T is a plus
Experience performing offsets, tooling adjustments, and quality checks
Setup experience is preferred but not required for all openings
