Customer Service Supervisor / Lead – Bring Your Energy, Lead with Heart!

Location: Fife, WA | Full-Time | $30–$35/hr + Commission DOE

What You’ll Do:

This isn’t just a “manage from behind the desk” role. As a working supervisor/lead, you’ll roll up your sleeves alongside the team, help solve real customer needs, and keep our customer service engine running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading and mentoring a small but mighty team of Customer Service Reps.
Managing orders, shipping/receiving, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Performing Inside Sales and earning commissions on closed deals.
Tracking opportunities, creating quotes, and helping customers get what they need—fast.
Handling escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Using Ninety.io to align tasks, goals, scorecards, and accountability across departments.
Monitoring performance, setting goals, and celebrating team wins (with popcorn and donuts—see below).
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Repair, Manufacturing, and Leadership.

You Bring:

5+ years in Customer Service (2+ in a supervisory or lead role)
Experience in a service or manufacturing environment preferred
Inside Sales or Customer Relationship experience strongly preferred
Confidence using CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office
Experience with shipping/receiving and logistics is a big plus
Bonus points for familiarity with medical instruments, hospitals, or clinics
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a natural drive to solve problems

The Fine Print:

Full-time | On-site | First Shift
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
