Full Job Description

Litigation Legal Assistant

$36–$40 per hour | Full-Time | In-Person

If you're an experienced litigation legal assistant who's looking for a long-term home with a professional, supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

We're a well-established litigation practice seeking someone who wants more than just their next job. We value quality work, mutual respect, and collaboration, and we believe people do their best work when they feel supported and appreciated. We're looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, solving problems, and being the person others rely on.

What You'll Do

Prepare and format pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents.
Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain organized electronic client files.
Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines.
E-file documents with state and federal courts.
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Order office supplies.
Provide administrative support to four attorneys.

What We're Looking For

Associate degree required.
3+ years of litigation or legal assistant experience preferred.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication skills.
Proficiency with Clio, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and being an essential part of a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

$36.00–$40.00 per hour.
