SUMMARY
The Pathways to Success Program Manager is responsible for leading high school and alternative school recruitment initiatives, building strong community partnerships, and engaging youth aged 16–24 in educational and career development opportunities. This role will serve as a bridge between CBT Technology Institute and the broader Miami-Dade community, with a focus on increasing enrollment, promoting career pathways, and supporting underserved youth populations. RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Outreach
- Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting high schools, alternative education programs, and GED centers.
- Coordinate and attend school visits, career fairs, and community events to promote CBT programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors, administrators, and youth-serving organizations.
Community Engagement
- Partner with local nonprofits, workforce development agencies, and youth programs to create referral pipelines.
- Organize workshops, info sessions, and community events to raise awareness of educational opportunities.
- Represent CBT at community forums and youth-focused initiatives.
Program Development & Support
- Design and manage initiatives that support youth transitions into postsecondary education and career training.
- Track and report on outreach metrics, enrollment conversions, and community impact.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align messaging and materials with outreach goals.
Student Support & Retention
- Provide guidance and mentorship to prospective and newly enrolled students.
- Connect students with internal and external resources to support academic and personal success.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between Career Services, Admissions, and Academic Affairs to ensure a seamless student-to-career pipeline.
- Partner with the Client Success Associate to co-host employer engagement events and hiring fairs.
Marketing Collaboration & Campaign Optimization
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Data Analyst to align outreach strategies with marketing campaigns and assets.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform the development of targeted, culturally relevant, and effective marketing materials.
- Monitor and evaluate the ROI of outreach campaigns, using data insights to refine messaging and improve engagement.
- Ensure all outreach efforts are supported with the appropriate resources and branding to serve as a strong ambassador of CBT Technology Institute.
- Participate in regular planning sessions to synchronize outreach timing with campaign launches and enrollment cycles.
Employer Engagement & Career Pathways Development
(Support to Career Services Department)
Career Services Coaching & Employer Engagement Strategy
- Provide strategic coaching and guidance to the Career Services team on the best practices for employer engagement and relationship management.
- Share insights and tools to enhance employer outreach, communication, and long-term partnership development.
- Facilitate joint planning sessions with Career Services and the Client Success Associate to align employer engagement efforts with student career outcomes.
Activities to include:
- Internal workshops (ex, communicating value propositions to employers)
- Role Playing & Simulation (ex. Handling objections, pitching graduates)
- Employer Persona Development (tailor strategies based on the persona)
- Feedback Loop Creation (establish a system for collecting and analyzing employer feedback)
- Mentorship & Shadowing (staff to shadow employer meetings)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in youth outreach, education, or community engagement.
- Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade County’s educational and community landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office level: The individual will be required to work in an office level setting with frequent interruptions and changes in the workflow/volume depending on the time of day and/or time in the term.
Outside Environment: The individual will be requested to participate in activities outside where standing for long periods may be part of the activities. Able to tolerate the outside elements such as heat, humidity, and rainy environments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, precise hand-eye coordination, and the ability to identify and distinguish colors.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent travel within Miami-Dade County to visit high schools, alternative education centers, community organizations, and employer sites.
Regular presence across all CBT campuses (Flagler, Hialeah, Cutler Bay) to support outreach, student engagement, and cross-department collaboration.
Attendance at career fairs, hiring events, workshops, and networking functions hosted by CBT or external partners.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license. Mileage reimbursement may be provided for approved travel.

b. Lead generation and conversion data (in coordination with the Director of Admissions)
6. Participate in bi-weekly strategy meetings with the COO and Director of Admissions to align outreach, enrollment, and career services efforts and
