Join Our Team

Clean and Simple Cleaning is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Schedule Coordinator to join our growing office team. This is a professional office position for someone who has demonstrated stability in previous jobs, enjoys working with customers, and is looking to grow into a long-term career in sales, customer service, and business operations. The ideal candidate has experience in an office, administrative, sales, scheduling, or similar professional role with a positive, engaging personality who can build trust with customers, support our cleaning professionals in the field and help turn incoming leads into long-term clients.
Because we are a small office, everyone contributes. Everyone provides Grade A customer service, and everyone helps sell the value of our services.

Customer Service

Answer incoming customer calls, texts and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist the prospective customer with knowledge and push for a booking.
Follow up with customers after initial and one-time cleaning appointments
Regularly check in with recurring customers to ensure they are happy with their service
Listen carefully to customer concerns and work toward practical, positive solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns before they become larger problems
Document customer conversations, updates and service needs accurately in our CRM
Work closely with our office staff and cleaning professionals to ensure clear communication
Projects regarding systems - We are innovative and always changing things up. Hence power point presentations for employee meetings and assist other managers to prepare for new employees and new customers.

Sales

Most of our leads are generated through paid advertising, so you will be speaking with prospective customers who have already expressed interest in cleaning services.

Responding promptly to new leads
Asking thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s cleaning needs
Explaining our services, pricing and scheduling options clearly
Building trust and communicating the value of hiring a professional cleaning company
Providing estimates and helping customers choose the appropriate service
Following up consistently with prospective customers who have not yet scheduled
Converting qualified leads into initial, one-time and recurring cleaning customers
Contributing to company sales goals alongside other members of the office team

Previous sales experience is required. Sales may not have been your only responsibility in a previous position, but you must be comfortable discussing pricing, following up with leads and confidently asking a prospective customer to schedule.

Marketing and Brand Support

This role will also provide support for selected marketing and brand-awareness activities.

Using GoHighLevel as our secondary CRM and marketing platform
Updating lead information, follow-up activity and marketing-related records
Attending occasional marketing meetings
Assisting with trade shows, community events and promotional opportunities
Representing Clean and Simple Cleaning professionally at public events
Helping oversee marketing projects designed to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Coordinating with outside marketing partners or vendors when needed
Helping track the source, quality and follow-up status of incoming leads
Supporting special campaigns, customer outreach and promotional projects

The right candidate should be interested in learning more about marketing, lead generation and community outreach but experience not required.

Field and Quality Support

This is primarily an office-based position, but there will be times when you may need to visit a customer’s home or assist our cleaning professionals in the field.

These visits may include:

Reviewing the quality of a completed cleaning
Meeting with a customer to better understand a service concern
Helping determine a fair and appropriate solution
Delivering additional tools or supplies to employees in the field
Evaluating a home that was originally estimated over the phone
Determining whether a job requires additional time or a revised estimate
Communicating changes in scope, timing or pricing to the customer
Supporting cleaning professionals when an unexpected situation arises

You must be comfortable entering customers’ homes, communicating professionally and representing the company well in person.

Many of our customers have cats and dogs. Applicants must be comfortable working around household pets and must not have allergies that would prevent them from safely entering homes with cats or dogs.

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of job tenure or minimum years of experience in professional office with administrative, sales, customer service or scheduling experience
Someone who views this as a career opportunity, not a temporary job
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email
Experience managing multiple priorities and keeping detailed records
Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM and scheduling software
Experience with sales, appointment setting, follow-up, or customer retention preferred
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
Professional, dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
Desire to grow professionally and take on increased responsibility over time
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Experience creating and editing Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
Previous CRM experience
Jobber experience is a plus, but not required
GoHighLevel experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small office
Availability to work Monday through Friday during the 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. office schedule
