Are you an adventure-seeker who doesn’t mind getting dirty, working hard, and being away from home for 2 to 3 weeks at a time?

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our traveling field crew. This is not a desk job and it’s not for everyone — but if you like real work, the open road, and the freedom of life on the job, this could be a great fit.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly wage
Per diem paid on top of your wage while on the road
Company-provided RV for lodging while traveling
Travel required (often weeks at a time)
Opportunity to work with heavy equipment and mechanical systems

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing physical, hands-on field work in outdoor and industrial environments
Traveling to job sites (sometimes for extended periods)
Assisting with equipment operation, site work, and daily field tasks
Performing basic mechanical and maintenance work as needed
Keeping a clean, safe, and organized work area
Being a dependable team member in a fast-moving, dirty, real-world setting

What We’re Looking For

Willingness to travel and stay away from home for weeks at a time
Comfort with hard, physical, dirty work
Reliable transportation to the departure point
Ability to follow directions and work safely
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pluses (not required, but helpful)

Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on mechanical skills
Previous construction, excavation, demolition, or outdoor labor experience
