Pre-Owned Dealership Opening in Boise — Now Hiring an Experienced Sales Manager

A well-established automotive group is launching a new pre-owned vehicle location in the Treasure Valley. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales and F&I Manager to help lead our sales team. If you know the used vehicle business inside and out and want in on the ground floor of a new store with real growth potential, this is your opportunity!

We offer a very lucrative pay plan — competitive commission, generous volume and performance bonuses, extra incentives for top producers, and no limit on your earning potential.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day sales floor for a high-volume pre-owned vehicle store
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and support sales support activities.
Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the dealership and customers while maintaining integrity.
Lead the entire deal process -- from initial contact through desking, F&I, and final paperwork -- ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
Coach and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
Partner with leadership on inventory and pricing strategy
Track sales metrics and implement solutions to close gaps
Stay current on inventory and market trends

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a used vehicle operation & sales team
Track record of success in used vehicle retail sales and desk management
Strong closing, negotiation, and customer service skills
Experience training and motivating a sales team
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
