Full Job Description

About the Role

Depureco Industrial Vacuums Corp, an industrial equipment company based in Kyle, TX, is looking for a reliable, fast-thinking, and hands-on professional to manage daily shipping operations while supporting customer service, order processing, and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming customer purchase orders and enter them accurately into the company's ERP/business management system.
Verify order details, pricing, shipping information, and product availability before processing.
Schedule and coordinate LTL, ground, and freight shipments across the U.S.
Work with customers to identify the most appropriate transportation solutions.
Request freight quotes, organize pickups, and manage relationships with carriers.
Prepare transportation quotations for customers and coordinate shipment approvals.
Create shipping documents, labels, and provide customers with tracking information.
Handle inbound phone calls, primarily from new customers.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes for spare parts and accessories.
Assist in the warehouse when needed, including packaging, preparing, and loading shipments.
Ensure all customer orders are packed correctly and shipped on time.

Requirements

Must live within 30 miles of Kyle, TX.
100% on-site position (no remote work).
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
Experience using business management/ERP software is required.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email.
Ability and willingness to support warehouse activities as needed.
Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing office responsibilities with warehouse tasks, learns new software quickly, and takes ownership of getting orders processed and shipped accurately and on time. A practical, team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed are essential.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
