Chiropractic Assistant / Front Office Team Member

Victory Chiropractic – San Marcos, TX

Victory Chiropractic is looking for a rockstar Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing office. We are a patient-focused chiropractic clinic dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their health, function, and quality of life through excellent chiropractic care.

This role is much more than “just front desk.” You will be the first smile patients see, the first voice they hear, and a key part of creating an organized, positive, and professional office experience. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, health minded, coachable, and excited to be part of a growing practice.

The right person for this position loves people, communicates well, takes initiative, stays organized, and can handle a busy front office with confidence and a great attitude.

The Mission:

Victory Chiropractic is on a mission to restore every person’s health, function, and vitality though personalized chiropractic care, thereby empowering them to Live Well and live life without limits.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and help create a welcoming, upbeat office environment.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage patient communication, and help keep the doctor’s schedule running smoothly.

Check patients in and out, collect payments, update patient information, and assist with intake paperwork.

Maintain accurate patient records in the office software system.

Help with insurance verification, basic billing support, and patient account questions as needed.

Keep the front office, reception area, and patient spaces clean, professional, and organized.

Support the office with daily clinic flow, patient experience, and administrative tasks.

Assist with office follow-up, missed appointment communication, recalls, and patient retention systems.

Help educate patients on office procedures, care plans, scheduling expectations, and payment policies.

Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and documentation.

Be willing to learn, improve, and grow as the clinic grows.

Ideal Candidate

Positive, energetic, and naturally friendly.

Excellent with people and comfortable communicating with patients of all ages.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Organized and able to multitask without losing attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers, office software, email, and phone systems.

Able to take direction, receive feedback, and follow office systems.

Confident speaking with patients about scheduling, payment, and follow-up care.

Calm under pressure and able to stay kind and professional during busy clinic hours.

Interested in natural health, wellness, chiropractic, and helping people live better.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, or front office setting is helpful but not required for the right person.

Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, billing, patient accounts, or EHR software is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred but not required.

Customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative experience is also valuable.

Compensation

Starting pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and fit for the position.
