Pay: From $30- $48 per hour (depending on experience)

Malitzlaw, Inc. is a boutique immigration law firm located in Point Loma, San Diego, CA. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support firm-wide efficiency.

Position Overview
The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective daily functioning of the firm. This individual will manage administrative operations, support staff development, and oversee key functions including HR, billing, and payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure organizational efficiency
Manage human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
Coordinate benefits administration and insurance renewals and compliance
Oversee billing processes, invoicing, and collections
Coordinate and facilitate staff training and development
Administer payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain office systems, procedures, and records
Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors
Support attorneys and leadership with administrative and operational needs

Qualifications

Required: Minimum of two years experiences in office management
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with HR processes, billing, Quickbooks, Excel, EASE Benefits Portal (or similar system), and payroll processing (ISolved or similar system)
