Position: Customer Service Operations Supervisor

About: Giggle Fiber

Giggle Fiber, based in Monrovia, CA, is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) offering high-speed fiber and coax services to residents and businesses in the San Gabriel Valley. Our customers are our top priority, and we are proud of our excellent reviews on Yelp.

This is an onsite, full-time position located at our corporate office in Monrovia, CA. The role offers a base salary plus sales commission and health benefits.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service & Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the customer service experience and operational goals for all Giggle Fiber products and services. You will lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives and Lobby Representatives, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality support.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Customer Service: Oversee the team's exceptional customer service across all platforms, including maintaining an active and positive social media presence, and providing excellent support via telephone, chat and email.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and assess a team of Customer Service and Lobby Representatives.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure our quality standards are met. Conduct regular quality coaching sessions with team members to ensure customer interactions are efficient and effective.
Operational Management: Maintain and update call center policies and procedures. Oversee our storefront operations, including processing checks and managing the cash register.
Issue Resolution: Serve as a key liaison to other departments, including Dispatch, NOC, Sales, and Tech Ops, to resolve customer escalations.
Reporting: Process weekly and monthly reports and provide regular updates on team progress and performance to management.
Support Special Projects: Participate in and support various projects and initiatives as assigned by management to advance department and company goals.

Required Qualifications:

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate staff with minimal oversight.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Adaptability: A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with a high level of expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Problem-Solving: Strong initiative and a sense of urgency to follow through on tasks until completion.

Experience:

5–7 years of experience in a comprehensive call center operation.
2–3 years in a supervisor or manager role.
Experience working in a cable or telecom call center is preferred.
Expanded knowledge of cable or telecom products and services is preferred.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite.
Sales and other commissions available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
Location: Monrovia, CA 91016. Reliable commute or plans to relocate are required.
