Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Service Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and smooth team management. Your leadership will foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that delights guests and drives the success of our establishment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced managers passionate about culinary excellence and outstanding hospitality.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
Lead staff training initiatives to enhance team skills in food preparation, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols
Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize staffing levels for peak performance
Oversee food handling, inventory control, and food production processes to maintain quality standards
Handle cash management, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and daily financial reconciliation
Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food safety management practices
Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a motivated team

Skills

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking
Skilled in managing inventory control, food safety procedures, and food handling standards
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through supervising experience, staff training, and team management skills
Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, customer interactions, and staff development
Strong organizational skills with proficiency in basic math for cash handling and profit/loss analysis
Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus
