This role is pivotal in driving Business-to-Business (B2B) sales growth and expanding our business relationships within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, and a strong ability to develop and nurture business partnerships. Through account leadership and new account development, they will drive growth and develop marketing strategies. They will ensure strategic, long-term profitable growth and increased market share. This will be achieved through creating and tracking performance to a strategic business plan for the market.

A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager...

Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the region
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Building strong client / relationships and rapport with customers providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with the customer base
Preparing financial forecasts and planning with marketing plans
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on sales opportunities
Effectively managing a multi-million-dollar business portfolio, driving revenue growth and profitability
Expanding customer relationships and respond decisively to changes in market
Making recommended changes cross functionally by evaluating results and competitive trend developments
Navigating complex corporate environments and engaging stakeholders at all levels to achieve buy-in and support

What you'll bring to the table...

Exceptional communication skill set - including presentation, business writing and advanced interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects
Financial proficiency and analytical skills
Proven track record for obtaining business results through the development of effective internal relationships across multiple business functions
Excellent negotiation skills and strong analytical / strategic mindset - ability to analyze and deliver relevant information
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

5+ years proven client/vendor relationship management and sales development skills
Experience in the B2B sales environment
4 year university degree
Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
Demonstrated success in growing and developing business relationships that drive revenue growth
Proficiency with Google

Starting Rate: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
