This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, wants to develop valuable business and customer service skills, and is looking for a company that offers mentorship and room to grow.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work alongside an experienced, top-rated insurance agent who is committed to mentoring team members, providing career guidance, and helping you develop professionally. For individuals interested in advancing within the insurance industry, there is an opportunity to become a licensed health insurance agent and grow into a long-term career.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls, assist with client inquiries, and connect clients with the appropriate team member.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized client records using our CRM system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for insurance agents.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and prepare documents as needed.
Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Communicate with clients in English and Farsi when applicable (Farsi is preferred but not required).
Utilize Microsoft Excel and CRM software to support daily office operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and enjoys working with people.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office.
Comfortable communicating over the phone and in person.
Able to type at least 50 words per minute (WPM).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software, including CRM systems.
Fluent in English. Farsi is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
Experience in healthcare or insurance is helpful but not necessary—we're happy to train the right candidate.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
