Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a friendly, efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages with professionalism and courtesy
Manage spa room appointments, make restaurant reservations and local recommendations
Support office management by requesting supplies, keeping a log of activities, issues, maintenance and housekeeping requests.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all guests

Requirements

Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration, with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
