What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create an exceptional experience by:

Answering multiple incoming phone lines professionally and efficiently
Greeting every patient with warmth and enthusiasm
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing patient records accurately
Coordinating daily patient flow
Communicating effectively with doctors, hygienists, and clinical staff
Assisting patients with insurance and financial questions
Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
