We're looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Office Manager who enjoys creating exceptional experiences for both employees and customers. This is more than a traditional office management role—you'll help shape our workplace culture, coordinate company events, manage office operations, support marketing initiatives, and keep our office running smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
Welcome clients, visitors, vendors, and applicants with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Coordinate employee onboarding, internal communications, and company meetings.
Plan employee appreciation events, holiday celebrations, and Culture Committee activities.
Manage office purchasing, supplies, vendor relationships, and company apparel.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, social media, and promotional materials.
Help organize community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.
Support special projects and continually look for ways to improve office processes.
Serve as a positive ambassador for Ambler Industries by promoting professionalism, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Three or more years of office management or administrative experience.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Experience with social media, Canva, or marketing coordination is a plus.
A self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems.
A positive attitude and a passion for creating an exceptional workplace.
