Sales & Marketing Representative – Physician Relations

Location: Southlake, TX

About Us

Southlake Wound Care & Hyperbarics is an independent, specialty clinic dedicated to advanced wound care and medically necessary hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through exceptional clinical care while building strong partnerships with referring physicians and healthcare providers throughout the community.

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to expand our physician referral network and increase awareness of our services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building meaningful professional relationships and enjoys seeing measurable results from their efforts.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and other healthcare providers. This individual will serve as the face of our clinic in the community, educating referral sources about our services while driving sustainable referral growth.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic physician outreach plan to grow referral volume.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, referral coordinators, discharge planners, and healthcare administrators.
Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices, hospitals, specialty practices, and community healthcare organizations.
Educate referral sources on wound care services, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, referral criteria, and patient outcomes.
Identify new referral opportunities and create strategies to expand market presence.
Coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations, educational events, and community outreach initiatives.
Track referral activity, physician engagement, and marketing efforts using CRM or referral tracking tools.
Analyze referral trends and provide regular performance reports with recommendations for growth.
Collaborate closely with clinic leadership and providers to ensure an exceptional referral experience.
Represent the clinic professionally at networking events, healthcare conferences, and community functions.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and local healthcare market opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales or physician liaison experience.
Proven success growing physician referrals and developing professional healthcare relationships.
Experience calling on physicians, hospitals, specialty practices, or healthcare facilities preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred Experience

Wound care, hyperbaric medicine, hospital, medical device, pharmaceutical, or specialty healthcare marketing experience.
Existing physician relationships within the Dallas/Fort Worth healthcare community are a plus.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission. Benefits package available based on employment status

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
