You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, maintaining high service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by consistently exceeding their expectations.
Workflow Management: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of repair orders to maximize efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
Inventory Management: Manage parts and supplies inventory to minimize downtime.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the service department budget effectively.
Training and Development: Continuously develop the skills of your team through training and coaching.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding service department goals.
