Overview
Join our dynamic private office dental team as a Licensed Associate Dentist and make a meaningful impact on patients’ oral health and confidence! This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. As a key member of our practice, you will utilize your expertise to provide high-quality treatments, foster positive patient relationships, and contribute to the growth of our clinic. We are committed to empowering our dentists with state-of-the-art tools and a collaborative atmosphere that encourages professional development and excellence.

Duties

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced technology such as digital X-rays and medical imaging tools
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and educate patients on oral health best practices
Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all records are up-to-date in electronic health record systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms
Follow strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with dental assistants in dentistry to optimize workflow and deliver efficient patient care
Stay current with industry standards by continuously updating knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology
Lead the clinical team and office by example living our values

Qualifications

Valid license to practice dentistry in the respective state or region with current DEA registration if applicable
Proven experience in dental office settings or dental clinics, demonstrating proficiency in general dentistry procedures and pediatric dentistry preferred
Strong knowledge of infection control practices, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance
Familiarity with dental software Eaglesoft for charting and record management
Expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (including root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and dental fabrication techniques is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about treatment options and oral health maintenance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional patient care
