Administrative Assistant / Small Order Specialist

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience and ability)Position Type: Full-Time (Preferred)Part-time may be considered for an exceptional applicant.

Affinitee Graphics is an award-winning custom apparel and graphics company located in Lawton, Oklahoma. We produce custom t-shirts, embroidered apparel, banners, decals, promotional products, and graphic design for businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, friendly, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Small Order Specialist to become one of the key people in our front office.

This position combines customer service, order intake, office administration, and executive support into one role. You’ll be the first person many customers interact with, while also helping keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your primary responsibility is ensuring walk-in customers receive fast, accurate, professional service while keeping our front office organized and efficient. During slower periods, you’ll assist our CEO/Owner with a variety of administrative and organizational projects.

This role is critical to keeping our operation moving efficiently and allowing our senior team to focus on larger, more complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Counter

Welcome and assist walk-in customers
Help customers create simple custom apparel using Canva and our online design software
Enter and process small custom apparel orders quickly and accurately
Verify artwork, garment selection, sizes, quantities, and deadlines
Provide quotes for straightforward orders
Answer customer questions in person and over the phone

Order Completion & Pickup

Contact customers when their orders are complete
Coordinate pickup times
Receive payments
Deliver completed orders to customers
Ensure every customer has a positive pickup experience

Administrative Support

Assist the CEO/Owner with daily administrative tasks
Answer incoming phone calls
Respond to customer emails, text messages, and social media inquiries
Enter invoices and process payments
Maintain organized customer records and office files
Perform general office support and miscellaneous administrative projects as needed

Daily Operations

Keep the front counter moving efficiently
Help prevent production bottlenecks through accurate order entry
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Assist with light office and cleaning duties
Support the team wherever needed throughout the day

No experience in the custom apparel industry is required. We can teach the technical side—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

Standing for much of the workday
Occasional lifting of boxes up to 50 pounds
Working in a fast-paced production environment
