Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist Clerical Assistant to be the welcoming face for our fast pace Real Estate office. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. Are you the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office technology. Prefer Real Estate or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming emails, messages, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and managing rentals.
Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies

Requirement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace application
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar management.
