COMMERCIAL HVAC / PLUMBING CONTRACT MANAGER

Job Duties:

Supervise contract assistants
Oversee daily operations of incoming “sold” contracts from sales
Communicate with service dispatchers for scheduling
Manage renewals of existing contracts
Work with service managers to aid in process and growth
Maintain data of contracts
Involvement in monthly billings
Interact with clients as needed
Involvement in the growth of the company

Personal Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with contract management
Degree in business – a plus
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of business software, SAGE, Excel, Zoho helpful
Desire to learn and grow
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of commercial HVAC field practices, including preventive maintenance (PM) procedures, are a plus but not a requirement.
