Full Job Description

Haugland Group, a privately-owned civil infrastructure and energy construction company, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced office coordinator to join our team. This position is based out of our Eustis, Florida office

Key Functions

Contribute to day-to-day office operations including filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and supply ordering.
Maintain project records such as contracts, licenses, change orders, and schedules.
Assist with onboarding paperwork, payroll coordination/timesheets, and invoice tracking.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
Support field staff with time entry, scheduling, and paperwork.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams as needed.
Maintain accurate records for all administrative files, subcontractor documentation, and compliance paperwork.

Desired Qualifications

1+ years’ experience as an office manager or in an administrative role.
Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with construction software (Procore, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
