Senior Account Manager – Amazon eCommerce

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager – Amazon eCommerce who is passionate about client success, understands the Amazon ecosystem inside and out, and enjoys building long-term relationships with brands. What You'll Do

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon brands. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure every client receives exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow their business.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Amazon client accounts from onboarding through long-term account growth.
Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and serving as their strategic advisor.
Lead recurring client meetings to review performance, discuss initiatives, and present recommendations.
Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and improve marketplace performance.
Partner with internal teams including Advertising, Catalog Management, Creative, Operations, and Analytics to execute client strategies.
Monitor account performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend improvements.
Coordinate multiple client projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding strategy, timelines, and performance.
Resolve client concerns quickly while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing both Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Client Relationship Management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience analyzing performance metrics and presenting insights to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work onsite in Quakertown, PA three days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working for a digital marketing agency is a major plus.
Experience managing multiple Amazon brands simultaneously.
Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising and campaign strategy.
Experience with Amazon listing optimization, catalog management, Brand Registry, and A+ Content.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar software.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
