Wilson Lighting is a family-owned lighting and decorative hardware showroom with locations in Kansas City and Florida. For decades, we've built our reputation on quality products, exceptional customer service, and a team-first culture that supports long-term career growth.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator - A/R A/PAssistant to help keep our office running smoothly. If you enjoy staying organized, working with people, and managing financial details in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll DoOffice Administration

Manage daily office operations
Assist management with reports and special projects

Accounts Payable & Administrative Support

Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
Prepare weekly accounts payable for approval
Process invoices and assist with month-end accounting
Respond to vendor payment inquiries
Perform accurate data entry
Coordinate schedules and calendars
Assist with customer service
Maintain confidential information
Help improve office processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

3+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, office management, or accounts payable experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Google Workspace experience is a plus
