Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and hospitality, showcasing exceptional customer service skills while crafting high-quality beverages. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with drinks and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and managing inventory.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing retail math skills for effective cash handling.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Experience

Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety practices within the hospitality industry is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for sales and customer service that enhances the overall guest experience.
