Field Marketing Supervisor

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Location: Field-Based - Brooklyn, NY & Surrounding Boroughs

Job Type: Full-Time - Days, Evenings & Weekends as Needed

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and manage a spreadsheet of activity. We're looking for a Field Marketing Supervisor who shows up where the work happens - on the block, at the table, in the crowd - and makes every posted location feel like the most exciting place in the city to be. You'll be the energy source for a team of Street Marketers, the strategist behind campaigns that actually turn heads, and the coach who turns a good day into a record-breaking one.

If you light up a room the moment you walk in, if you can turn a slow shift into a competition, and if you've got ten ideas before your coffee gets cold - this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Travel daily to street team posting locations across assigned territories to lead, motivate, and support Street Marketers in real time - not from a report

- Set the tone on-site: high energy, high accountability, and a genuine sense of team pride at every post

- Design and pitch fresh campaign concepts, promotional angles, and engagement tactics that make our brand impossible to walk past

- Run friendly competitions, incentive pushes, and on-the-spot recognition to keep morale and numbers climbing

- Coach individual Street Marketers on pitch delivery, body language, and conversion technique - live, in the field

- Track daily performance by location and team member, and adjust staffing, positioning, or messaging on the fly

- Scout and vet new high-traffic posting locations; build relationships with local businesses and site contacts

- Report back to leadership with sharp, honest insight on what's working, what's not, and what idea to try next

- Own team culture: hype the wins, problem-solve the rough days, and make people want to come back tomorrow

WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years of experience in street marketing, field marketing, brand ambassador leadership, or grassroots promotions - management experience strongly preferred

- Recognized as a subject matter expert in street/field marketing - deep knowledge of tactics, trends, and what actually drives foot traffic and conversions

- A natural motivator's instinct - you can read a team's energy and shift it in sixty seconds

- A constant idea generator: you see a slow corner and think "what if" instead of "oh well"

- Comfort being outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, in all conditions, across multiple locations per day

- Stamina to match - and keep pace with - the full hours your field team works each day, including early starts, late finishes, and back-to-back site visits

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between posting sites throughout the day

- Strong verbal communication and the confidence to coach, correct, and celebrate people in the moment

- Basic reporting skills - comfortable logging performance data and turning it into a clear recap

- Comfortable with light bookkeeping - tracking team expenses, incentive payouts, and campaign budgets accurately

- A valid driver's license preferred; flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on campaign needs
