We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Accounting Assistant to join our team in Cold Spring, MN. This role supports both our Customer Service and Accounting departments by helping serve customers, processing financial transactions, and performing a variety of administrative duties that keep our operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with computer systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a backup for inbound customer service calls during peak periods and rollover call situations
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
Process customer payments and assist with accounts payable coding
Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping functions according to established procedures
Complete daily mail pickups, deliveries, and bank deposits
Track and maintain dumpster inventory records
Provide general administrative and office support to various departments
Accurately enter, maintain, and update company records and data
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in customer service, bookkeeping or office support role preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong computer and software aptitude with the ability to learn new systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to work
Ability to perform routine administrative and clerical tasks accurately and consistently

Schedule & Benefits

Monday–Friday / No weekends
Approximately 40-45 hours per week
Typical business hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
