Full Job Description

Location: Corporate Office - Irvine, CA (Fully Onsite, not remote or hybrid)

Primary Duties Include:

Review and process construction draws / pay applications for multiple construction projects in various phases across multiple states; invoices typically in AIA billing format G702/G703
Maintain payment draw project files in Excel to reconcile and track detailed job costs tied to construction-related invoices for new construction and remodel projects
Coordinate with external general contractors, project managers, vendors and other external parties to manage pay application draw requests, requirements and approvals
Interface with internal project managers, accounts payable and senior management on all aspects of Construction Accounting including pay applications and landlord billings
Communicate with landlords to manage funding for reimbursable construction costs in a timely manner including billing and collection of such funds
Lien waiver maintenance and tracking of notices and releases tied to construction projects
Job cost tracking for new construction and remodel projects, analysis and reporting
Assist with special projects as requested

Skill Requirements:

2 to 3 years of Construction invoice related experience a must
Familiarity with AIA billing format (G702/G703) preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Workday experience a huge plus
Ability to multi-task and attention to details
Organized and capable of meeting time deadlines
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
