About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Associate who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a rewarding career in wealth management. Whether your long-term interests are in Financial Advisory, Client Relationship Management, or Operations, this role provides an outstanding opportunity to learn how a successful Registered Investment Advisory firm serves its clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional who wants meaningful responsibility, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to learn. As you work alongside experienced Financial Advisors and our client service team, your primary responsibility will be delivering an exceptional client experience through outstanding client service, operational excellence, and advisor support.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, providing responsive, thoughtful, and proactive service.

· Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience.

· Schedule and coordinate client review meetings and manage follow-up items.

· Learn clients’ goals, preferences, and important life milestones to deliver a personalized experience.

· Look for opportunities to create memorable “wow” moments that strengthen client relationships.

· Encourage participation in client appreciation events and help cultivate referral opportunities.

· Partner closely with Financial Advisors to help deliver an outstanding client experience.

· Prepare meeting materials, reports, conference rooms, and other logistics for client meetings.

· Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

· Provide administrative and operational support that allows advisors to focus on clients and financial planning.

· Process client service requests, including wires, ACH transfers, account paperwork, journals, and other operational transactions.

· Monitor service requests through completion and proactively communicate updates to clients.

· Maintain accurate client information within Salesforce and other firm systems.

· Assist with account maintenance, client documentation, and operational workflows.

· Support compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.

· Contribute to continuous improvements in client service and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· One or more years of experience in customer service, banking, hospitality, financial services, or another client-focused environment.

· Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.

· Strong Microsoft Office skills.

· Financial services experience is helpful but not required.

Recent college graduates with internship or professional experience are encouraged to apply.
