What You’ll Do

You will guide customers through the luxury vehicle buying experience while building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Build relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Deliver a premium luxury customer experience from first interaction through delivery
Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and digitally
Follow up consistently with leads, appointments, and customer opportunities
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and ownership solution for their needs
Maintain organized CRM activity and customer communication records
Work closely with sales leadership and dealership teams to support overall dealership goals
Stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer experience execution
Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and confidence
