Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse range of clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
Conduct thorough assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress in alignment with best practices in the field.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for your clients.
Stay current with continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.
Participate in team meetings, consultations, and case conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

Current and valid LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
Experience providing evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
Proficient in telehealth services and comfortable with technology for virtual sessions and calendar management.
A commitment to cultural competence and working with diverse populations.

Salary: $50-70 per hour (depending on experience)
