Lash Pilot is a luxury lash and brow studio with thriving locations in Downtown Santa Monica and Corona del Mar (Newport Beach). We are growing and looking for experienced, career-minded lash artists who are ready to earn more through commission while working in two of Southern California's most desirable beauty markets.

Responsibilities

Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extension services
Provide thorough consultations and personalized lash designs
Deliver exceptional client experiences that encourage repeat visits
Educate clients on proper aftercare
Introduce clients to our membership program
Encourage pre-booking to maintain guest retention
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with teammates to create a luxury salon experience

Qualifications

Current California Cosmetology or Esthetician License
Lash extension experience required
Excellent isolation and application skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for continuous learning
Reliable transportation
Comfortable commuting between Santa Monica and Newport Beach as business needs require

Applicants should be comfortable traveling between both locations. Mileage reimbursement may be available for travel between salons during the workday.
