Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to elevate our digital marketing efforts through expertly managed paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will harness your expertise in performance marketing, paid search, and social media advertising to optimize our online presence across multiple platforms. Your strategic mindset and analytical skills will drive measurable growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment. Duties

Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (including Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads) to meet specific marketing objectives.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research using SEO tools and web analytics to identify high-performing search terms that boost campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets for paid search marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across platforms such as Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media management tools.
Utilize Google Analytics and web analytics reporting to monitor campaign performance, analyze media performance analytics, and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
Implement conversion optimization strategies by leveraging Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick to enhance tracking accuracy and campaign targeting.
Perform media planning and media buying activities with a focus on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to maximize reach within allocated budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaign budget management, media performance analytics, and marketing analytics to inform data-driven decision making.
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, PPC campaign management, and emerging advertising platforms to continually refine strategies.

Skills

Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of paid search marketing tactics.
Proficiency in managing Google Ads (AdWords), Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and social media management tools.
Expertise in keyword research, SEO tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and web analytics reporting for campaign optimization.
Strong knowledge of media planning, media buying, budgeting, and managing marketing campaign budgets effectively.
Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques using Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick for enhanced tracking capabilities.
Ability to analyze media performance analytics and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
Skilled in using spreadsheets (including pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams on digital marketing initiatives.
A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends, SEM strategies, and innovative advertising solutions.
