Job Type: Part-time
Location: Los Angeles, CA (in-person)

GoodSkin Clinics Los Angeles is a highly intimate, private, and upscale med spa. Our clientele includes high-profile individuals, so complete discretion and privacy are an absolute must. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in independent decision-making, and can also take the lead in front desk skincare sales.

The right candidate will genuinely add to our team and evolve with the company long-term — not just simply come in and do a job.

Schedule

We are open Monday–Saturday. The position has a varied schedule: some weeks may be 4–5 days (8-hour shifts) while other weeks may be 1–2 days, with some flexibility.

Compensation

Base pay: $25 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
Additional earning potential through product and skincare sales

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm client appointments; manage professional and personal calendars for the office.
Manage all correspondence (calls, emails, texts) with high-profile clientele.
Oversee high-volume bookings and assist with travel management when needed.
Lead skincare sales at the front desk: confidently educate clients on treatments, results, and pricing; recommend products; and close sales in a professional and authentic manner.
Provide concierge-level service: anticipate needs, follow up promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle day-to-day office operations, ordering supplies, and supporting team members.
Assist with errands and tasks for the office and occasionally for the CEO.
Maintain ongoing client relationships, responding to questions or concerns promptly, including after-hours if necessary.
Oversee and manage software systems such as ad vital, Gmail, NextTech,etc. to ensure accuracy in scheduling, client records, and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of concierge, hospitality, luxury service, or front desk experience (exceptions for exceptional candidates).
Previous sales experience required; proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining high accuracy.
Emotionally intelligent, intuitive to people’s needs, and skilled at building trust.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in tracking schedules, client information, and tasks.
Excellent grammar, written communication, and polished oral communication.
Comfortable working in a very busy environment; strong multitasking skills.
Proficient in Google Calendar, Excel, and scheduling/POS systems.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work late hours or weekends if needed.
Passionate and knowledgeable about skincare, beauty, and aesthetics.
Proactive, positive, and results-oriented approach with a friendly and courteous demeanor.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
