More than a retail store, our boutique is a destination where guests discover a revolutionary approach to skincare through personalized consultations, education, and an elevated luxury shopping experience.

We are looking for a passionate sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients discover skincare solutions they'll love.

The Opportunity

As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable client experiences while driving boutique sales and representing the Oliveda brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Success in this role comes from building genuine relationships, educating clients on our unique Tree-to-Beauty philosophy, and confidently recommending personalized skincare routines that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
Conduct personalized skincare consultations to understand each client's goals.
Educate clients on Oliveda's Tree-to-Beauty philosophy, ingredients, and product benefits.
Recommend customized skincare routines that inspire confidence and long-term loyalty.
Create memorable luxury shopping experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Drive Sales Performance

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
Build customer trust through consultative selling and product expertise.
Increase average transaction value through thoughtful product recommendations.
Introduce complementary products and complete skincare regimens.
Build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Represent the Brand

Become an expert on Oliveda products, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
Demonstrate products with confidence and enthusiasm.
Represent Oliveda with professionalism inside and outside the boutique.
Support product launches, VIP appointments, educational events, and community activations.

Support Boutique Operations

Maintain an organized, polished, and inviting luxury retail environment.
Assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and daily operations.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional boutique experience.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is passionate about luxury retail, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred qualifications include:

4+ years of experience in beauty sales, luxury retail, skincare, wellness, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
Proven success achieving sales goals and performance targets.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Experience selling prestige skincare, beauty, wellness, or luxury products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

$55,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
