Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a warm, efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, filing systems, and office management software like QuickBooks
Support clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent client communication and support

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone communication skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse environments
Demonstrated office management skills with experience in clerical work, data entry, filing, and organization
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Previous experience as a front desk or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous
Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and courteous phone etiquette
Technical proficiency in computer systems, spreadsheets, typing accuracy, and data management
