Title Clerk – Pollard Friendly Ford

Pollard Friendly Ford is hiring an experienced, dependable Title Clerk to join our team.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who understands the importance of accuracy and timely processing in a busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have dealership title experience and be comfortable working with customers, lenders, government agencies, and dealership personnel.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and promptly
Prepare and submit title paperwork for new and used vehicle sales
Process vehicle payoffs, liens, and lien releases
Verify all title documents for accuracy and completeness
Maintain title records and follow up on outstanding titles
Process out-of-state title and registration paperwork
Work with lenders, customers, and appropriate state agencies to resolve title issues
Maintain organized and accurate records
Assist the accounting office with related administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Automotive dealership title experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good communication and customer-service skills
Comfortable working with computers and dealership management systems
Dependable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team
