Bilingual Dental Sales Treatment Plan Coordinator

Full-Time | $23–$25 per Hour + 1% Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator / Dental Sales Coordinator to join our amazing dental office and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong clinical dental background, proven sales ability, and excellent patient communication skills who understands the importance of treatment follow-up, case acceptance, productivity, and providing an outstanding patient experience.

This is a clinical sales and treatment coordination position — not a traditional front desk position.

The successful candidate must understand the clinical side of dentistry and be able to confidently explain the doctor's recommended treatment to patients in a professional, clear, and compassionate manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective patient communication.
Strong clinical dental knowledge and understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning.
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Sales Coordinator, or similar clinical dental position.
Candidates with previous education or professional experience as a dentist in the United States or another country are strongly encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in dental sales, inside sales, treatment presentation, healthcare sales, or a similar patient-focused sales environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to positively influence patient decision-making while maintaining professionalism and trust.
Ability to confidently present treatment and explain clinical recommendations, fees, financing options, payment arrangements, and insurance estimates.
Strong follow-up skills, including telephone communication, outbound calling, and maintaining consistent contact with patients who have pending treatment.
Experience working with dental practice management software, CRM systems, or similar patient/customer tracking platforms.
Understanding of sales processes, lead and patient follow-up, call tracking, and productivity expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service and the patient experience.
Previous experience in B2C sales is strongly preferred.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology, software, sales tools, and office processes.
Organized, dependable, professional, positive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and performance-driven dental environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Present comprehensive dental treatment plans to patients.
Clearly explain recommended procedures in terminology patients can easily understand.
Educate patients on the importance and benefits of completing recommended treatment.
Discuss treatment fees, financing options, payment arrangements, and insurance estimates.
Consistently follow up on all pending and unscheduled treatment.
Maintain an organized system for tracking treatment plans and patient follow-ups.
Conduct outbound calls to patients with pending treatment and identify barriers preventing them from scheduling.
Utilize available software and tracking systems to document patient communication and follow-up activity.
Schedule accepted treatment promptly and appropriately.
Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to fully understand diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment presentations and patient communication.
Build trust and strong relationships with patients.
Identify opportunities throughout the day to maximize the doctor's schedule.
Help reduce unnecessary openings and unscheduled treatment.
Actively contribute to the practice's production, collections, case acceptance, and overall productivity.

SALES, FOLLOW-UP & PRODUCTIVITY

This position plays a critical role in the financial and operational success of the practice.

Presenting a treatment plan is only the beginning. When a patient does not schedule immediately, consistent and professional follow-up is essential.

The Treatment Plan Coordinator must understand that every treatment opportunity matters. Opportunities should not be lost because of a lack of communication, follow-up, or scheduling.

Success in this position will be measured by the ability to:

Present treatment confidently and professionally
Build trust and establish strong relationships with patients
Consistently follow up on pending treatment
Increase treatment case acceptance
Convert unscheduled treatment into scheduled appointments
Maintain a productive doctor schedule
Meet established treatment presentation, production, and case acceptance goals
Contribute to office collections and overall practice growth
Provide an exceptional patient experience throughout the treatment process

Our approach is not simply about selling dentistry. It is about educating patients, building trust, helping patients understand the importance of their recommended care, and finding solutions that allow them to move forward with necessary treatment.

COMPENSATION

$23–$25 per hour, based on experience, plus 1% commission.

This is a full-time position with performance-based earning potential and opportunities for professional growth.
